Who We Are
The Sayle Team is a Sotheby's real estate team led by husband-and-wife duo Stephen & Elizabeth Sayle. They are committed to empowering clients to make the most of each stage of life and the home purchase that is right for them. Based in Atlanta, the pair values relationships and truly understanding their clients’ needs.

As a partner in The Sayle Team, Stephen Sayle leverages extensive local connections and legal expertise to help clients identify equitable solutions and accomplish their financial goals. Proud to partner with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, he consistently provides clients with world-class resources and a personalized real estate experience. He has earned recognition as a seasoned lobbyist on Capitol Hill and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Born in Nashville but raised in Atlanta, his roots run deep in the Buckhead area. Fueled by a deep-seated dedication to family and home, he channels his passion into every aspect of his business. Real estate isn't just a profession for Stephen; it's a family legacy that encompasses craftsmanship, investing and real estate law. A skilled negotiator, he builds every transaction on a commitment to relationships. His ability to listen and empathize, cultivated through years of legal advocacy, allows him to observe and understand his clients' needs deeply. To Stephen, success in real estate goes beyond the bottom line-it's about creating a foundation for mutual respect and trust that extends far beyond any single transaction.
A resident of Brookwood Hills, he loves Atlanta for its warmth, tight-knit local bonds, dynamic sports teams and rich culture. He is an active member of the Church of the Apostles and the Brookwood Hills community. An avid equestrian, he participates in an equine therapy program at Chastain Park as a horse leader. He is also a member of the prestigious Piedmont Driving Club and acts as general counsel pro bono for a local nonprofit.
Known for his dynamic personality and multifaceted skill set, Stephen is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law (cum laude), holds a craft beer brewing license from Cornell University and is an athlete who holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has run several half marathons. When not working with clients, he enjoys perfecting his culinary skills, traveling with his family and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons and the Atlanta Braves.

Elizabeth Sayle serves real estate needs throughout Metro Atlanta with a focus on the Intown, Midtown and Buckhead areas as a member of The Sayle Team in partnership with her husband, Stephen. Backed by the resources of the No. 1 brokerage in Metro Atlanta, she seamlessly blends 15 years of corporate PR and marketing experience with an extensive local network to help clients achieve their goals.
A native of Washington, Georgia, Elizabeth is a dual-language speaker who graduated from the University of Georgia with a double major in public relations and Spanish. She possesses an innate grasp of how to position a property to sell and a passion for empowering clients to embrace each new chapter of life and create purpose at every doorstep.
Comprised of a down-to-earth nature, an innovative mindset and a passion for creating community, Elizabeth's unique skill set extends beyond conventional real estate boundaries. A natural problem-solver with a heart for service who infuses joy and hospitality into her work, she has always had a knack for helping others find their sense of belonging and ease in unfamiliar surroundings. She understands the long-term value of homeownership, and her goal is to help clients find financial freedom with their portfolios, ensuring they make thoughtful and intentional choices.
A resident of Brookwood Hills, Elizabeth enjoys Atlanta for its culture and natural setting. Deeply rooted in her community, she volunteers as a Green Apron at The Cathedral of St. Philip and supports the Covenant House Georgia homeless shelter initiative. A dedicated mother, she enjoys a hands-on role in the PTA at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School. In addition, she plays on two ALTA teams and is the social chair for the Brookwood Hills pickleball contingency. During her downtime, Elizabeth indulges in her passion for art and oil painting, savors precious moments with her family and revels in the affectionate companionship of Alice, her beloved German Wirehaired Pointer.
